Ingredients
- A Jar of Pickels
- x1 Red Onion
- Olive Oil
Method
Step 1
Drain the jar of pickle and reserve the brine
Step 2
Lay the pickles on a baking sheet and pat off any excess moisture.
Step 3
Cut the red onion into wedges and remove the skin.
Step 4
Toss the pickles and onion with the olive oil.
Step 5
Transfer the pickles and onions to the grill and grill on a medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until grill marks appear.
Step 6
4.Remove once the grill marks appear on both sides and either serve immediately or pack them back into the jar and add the reserved brine. Refrigerate until cold or up to 5 days
