Hake Fillet Blood Orange on Bed Steamed Leek

Ingredients
- 4 fillets of hake
- 3 blood oranges
- 300 g of fresh leek
- 200 ml extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Method
Step 1
Squeeze an orange and emulsified ii juice with the olive oil and a little salt.
Step 2
Cut the other two oranges into thin slices. Eliminate the two most outer layers of leek and engrave from the surface to the heart for its entire length. Browse the leek and wash it thoroughly.
Step 3
Cook steam the leek peeled into the pot with a double bottom.
Step 4
Grease the hake fillets with a little oil, add salt and pepper and grigliateli at low temperatures from the skinless.
