Pork Tenderloin wrapped in Ham and Caramelized Apple

Ingredients
- 1 pork tenderloin
- 8 mint leaves
- 8 thick slices of ham
- 4 Granny Smith apples
- 100 g of butter
- 100 g of brown sugar
- Apple cider vinegar
- Salt
Method
Step 1
Cut the pork tenderlion into 4 slices of 5-6 cm thick. Salted fillets, a mint leaf per side and wrap in prosciutto.
Step 2
Cook on medium heat to the plate.
Step 3
Remove the seeds, cut the apple in half and then into slices of 5 mm.
Step 4
Melt butter with sugar, add the apples and cook. Savory caramelized apples and blended with apple cider vinegar.
Step 5
Put fillet in the centre of the plate and arrange around the slices of caramelized apple.
