Skewer with Rosemary Turkey Sesame

Ingredients

  • 16 sprigs of rosemary
  • 600 g of turkey breast
  • Sesame seeds
  • Salt

Method

Step 1

Pull the needles from the rosemary sprigs up to 4 cm from the top.

Step 2

Cut the turkey into slices and then into thin strips.

Step 3

Wrap the strips in a spiral around the sprig of rosemary.

Step 4

Put the rosemary skewers in a tray covered with sesame seeds.

Step 5

Grill to medium temperature the skewers and salt to taste.
