Grilled Fruit Skewers

Caramelized fruit brings out natural sweetness, making these skewers a perfect addition to your brunch.

Ingredients:

  • Pineapple chunks
  • Strawberries
  • Banana slices
  • Peaches, sliced
  • Honey and cinnamon for drizzle

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Thread fruit onto skewers and lightly brush with honey.
  3. Grill for 2-3 minutes per side until lightly charred.
  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve with Greek yogurt or a dollop of whipped cream.
