Simple Spicy Prawn Barbecue Recipe

🦐 Ingredients:

  • 500g prawns (peeled and deveined, tails on)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp cumin (optional)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar (optional for balance)
  • Fresh coriander or parsley (for garnish)
  • Skewers (soaked in water if wooden)

Make the Marinade:
